 «Sputnik» Hotel is working round-the-clock

 «Sputnik» Hotel`s check-out time is 12 p.m. (12:00). Check-in time – 13 p.m. (13:00).

 Our hotel booking is guaranteed and free of charge service. Please, don’t forget to note your booking number! Your booking will be canceled if you will not show up till 8 p.m. (20:00).

 Prepayment is not required for credit card or cash payment method. If you want to pay for accommodation in our hotel via bank transfer the following information is required: guest(s) details, check-in and check-out dates, company name and contacts, bank details.

 Guaranteed early check-in is possible with its 0,5 day extra payment and pre-booking. Non-guaranteed early booking is possible in case of room’s availability at the check-in day.

 Check-in in «Sputnik» Hotel is possible only with providing following documents: passport, driving license, military ID. For foreign guests the national passport, Russian Visa (except Visa Free Countries) and Migration Card are required.

 The hotel administration has right to refuse for the accommodation to the person without documents or IВ noted above or to the person who was placed to the black or debtors list.

 Extra bed is upon the request (except Economy DBL and Standard+ SGL room types). For the higher categories of rooms an extra bed is represented as a comfortable sofa with sleeping facilities.

 «Sputnik» Hotel did not accommodate guests on the hostel principle or with animals.

 Check-out have to be before 12 p.m. (12:00). Extension of the accommodation is calculated in the following ways:

• 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. – hourly payment;
• 6 p.m. – 12 a.m. – half day payment;
• Starting from 12 a.m. – full day payment.

 After 11 p.m. all guest, visiting somebody in the hotel, has to pay for they stay.

 All payments are made in Russia Rubles. We accept following credit and debit cards: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MasterCard, and MAESTRO.
